Yeni ev sahibi 2003'te restorasyona baslar. 2004'te aslina uygun sekilde yenilenen bu evde cicekler icinde yeni bir yasam baslar. My house is located in the center of a historic neighborhood. This historical, private, two-floored house has a balcony with a view of sea of Marmara and it takes 3 mins walk to there and 10 mins to Tramway station. Hagia Sophia, Sultanahmet Mosque & Hippodrome, Topkapi Palace, Basilica Cistern, Little Hagia Sophia, Mosaic Museum, Carpet museum, Arasta Bazaar and many other historical sites are all in the walking distance. It is surrounded by lots of cafes, restaurants and shops.

It has beautiful sunrise lights in the morning and it takes 2-3 min. to the house from centre by walking. It has a beautiful balcony with great seaview. There is natural gas, so warm at winter. I have a cat at home, Luna, so friendly. Kitchen has everything you need for cooking with 2 windows and also seaview. 🐿
