Perfect central location, sleeps 8 comfortably, easy in/out level parking for 3 trucks w/ boats; outside electric plugs and LESS THAN 1 block from our largest public boat ramp. Across the street is our 7 mile park bordering the lake with walking/bicycle trails, playground, picnic areas, basketball, 2 miles from Superior Courts & historic downtown.

Gunters Loft w/Arcade Room

Gunter's Loft has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The loft is located in downtown Guntersville convenient to several restaurants. The historic building was built in 1930. The airbnb is located on the second level, so there is a separate entrance and exit for guest. The downstairs is a Spa owned by cultivated beauty. The arcade area is where guest can watch TV and play video games. There are 4 bedrooms, 9 beds, 4 TV's, 2 full baths and 1 half bath. The kitchen is fully stocked.

The large back yard provides plenty of outdoor space. The home is located just 4 minutes from the west entrance of the Sand Mountain Park and Amphitheater and 15 minutes from Lake Guntersville.

The Cotton Pickin' Little Farmhouse

This little white farmhouse is full of country charm. Built in the 1920s and added onto numerous times, it was renovated for the final time in 2017. The house sits on the edge of our family farm beside a field. A barn/pond sit nearby. The house is 2br/2ba with a living room, kitchen with essentials, dining room and laundry. There's a porch & back deck with swing, charcoal grill & small fire pit (must bring charcoal, lighter fluid, wood, etc).
