Relax at our Lakehouse with a view of Chippewa Lake offering 790 acres of all sports waterway known for its fishing and spectacular sunsets. Lake access is available for entry to the lake for water activities. We are located 7.5 miles from Haymarsh State Game Area and 12.5 miles from Big Rapid where you can attend a Ferris game or dine in one of the many local restaurants. ATV and UTV riding is legal on all non M roads with your ORV sticker to explore the area or visit the local winery.

Charming cabin in the woods that sleeps 6. 2 bedrooms, 1.5 baths. Located in a very secluded area on 100 wooded acres that we own, with trails all throughout the property. A nice getaway to enjoy some peace and quiet. Overlooks a bluff. This property is on a county maintained dirt road, not on two track. State land is nearby for hunting. Located 3 miles from the Evart Motorsports trail. A short drive to Evart, and evart trails to enjoy your ORV, side by side, dirt bikes, and snowmobiles.

Bass Lake Mama's House

Feel right at home with a stay at a renovated cottage that brings together the traditional family cabin feel with a clean modern base. Situated on the north shore of 100 acre all sports Bass Lake. The cottage can be enjoyed throughout all of the seasons of Michigan. As fall approaches, note the state hunting land is just a 100 yard walk. The interior is a blend of rustic cozy meets modern touches. This is a home and not a hotel so you will find quirks that belong to any individual home.

Little Log cabin on the Big Muskegon River.

This sweet little cabin on the river is a remodeled/updated log cabin from the 1940’s. Simple and slightly rustic, with everything you need for a comfortable stay! We think it has the best view on the whole river. There is shallow water and a sand bar mid-river in front of the house. The swans, geese, ospreys and Bald Eagles are a treat to watch. The cabin is a relaxing and intimate getaway for couples. It is cozy in the winter with a small hot tub overlooking a beautiful view.

Lakefront Strawberry Haus has three bedrooms to sleep 10-12, including 2 on a futon and 2 on a sofa bed, providing the ultimate family getaway. The cozy interior provides a balance of comfort and amenities for endless entertainment! The covered deck and hot tub provide direct, protected access to the lakeside dock, equipped with kayaks and a paddle boat. The game room includes amenities such as a 420 game video console, shuffleboard/bowling table, toys, books, board and card games

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The cottage sits off the lake, just a short stroll down the driveway to the water. The cottage sits on three lots with a nice size yard for kids to play and plenty of parking. The cottage has comfortable sized rooms, inside & outside eating area, wifi, and cable. Three mini splits heat and cool the cottage. There are several golfcourses and wineries close by. The cottage has its own private dock and swimming area.

Gottaway Lake House

A rustic cottage in the woods situated on a spacious 8-acre property. This three-bedroom, one-bath retreat boasts trails, semi-private pond, boat house, gazebo, canal access to School Section Lake and two docks is available for those who want to enjoy water activities. Indoors, the cottage features a fireplace, multiple tv's, movies, games, puzzles and books, and a fully equipped kitchen for your culinary needs as well as multiple grills. Your peaceful retreat starts here.

Everything you need to relax & recharge in one cozy space. Private entrance. This suite is an open floor plan with a small kitchenette that includes a fridge, microwave and stove with basic kitchen utensils and dishes. It is located in town close to stores, restaurants. Nice patio out back with covered area to grill out. Walking distance to the North Country Trail and 10 min from the new Dragon trail. There is one queen bed and a couch. It will comfortably sleep two guest.

If your lucky you may catch a glimpse of any number of different wildlife living along this stretch of river.

We are located 12 miles north of Ferris State University & about 3 miles to Rails to Trails for biking, snow mobiling, hiking & biking. drop off/pick up service available upon request (must be scheduled in advance)
