Inspired by Anne of Green Gables and beautifully remodeled by Beach & Blvd, this 1915 lakehouse will bring a wonderful sense of serenity to your next escape. This waterfront home is located on Lake Martha, a 60-acre body of water that's great for swimming, boating, and year-round fishing. Enjoy the private dock, a large shaded porch, firepit, BBQ and an expansive lawn rolling down to the lake's edge. Gas-powered motorboats not permitted. 2 kayaks, pedal boats, and standup paddleboards provided.

Though the vintage ambience is preserved, the couch, bedding and carpets are brand new.

This fully custom A frame cabin was hand crafted from salvaged old growth timbers and hand milled lumber. Built to the highest quality and thoughtfully designed down to the smallest detail. The pool is heated to 85°F from April through October and is closed during the rest of the year.
