Comfortable, clean, quiet room and private bathroom. We are 10 minutes away from our vibrant downtown. You have access to the living and dining room, patio, yard, and nearby hiking trails. We love hosting and we take our hosting seriously to make our guests happy. Please understand that you are booking a homeshare listing, sharing some spaces with us if you choose to. Although our older home is “lived in," we work hard to make our home clean. We and our lovely cats are hoping to meet you!

We've lived here for over 20 years and are happy to provide helpful insights for your stay. We offer the entire second floor of our home: two bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed, a full bathroom, and a well-stocked breakfast / snack room. We are located literally seconds off Rt. 128 / I-95, in a quiet, secluded area. Our deck, gardens and grounds (which include a pond, birdfeeders, and, perhaps, wildlife sightings) are available for your enjoyment. The Captain's House is a 12 bedroom centrally located traditional Ptown Guest House. Room 11 is a Very SMALL room FOR ONE PERSON on the 2nd floor with steep stairs. If offers a TWIN-sized bed & shared bathroom (9 rooms on 2nd floor shared 2 full bathrooms - 8 of the 9 rooms have in-room sinks) with in-room sink, A/C, TV, cable, WIFI We don't offer parking this year. I can send a list of in town parking options if you ask. We serve our continental breakfast from 8am -9:30am

“AT HYDRANGEA FARM” Bed and Breakfast

“At Hydrangea Farm” is a quintessential Cape residence. The entire second floor of this original "full cape" is yours with a private entrance. Surrounded by a beautiful collection of hydrangeas, your hosts, Mary Kay and Mal, are eager to share their love of the garden and their prime location on Cape Cod. A continental breakfast can be enjoyed in your suite or, weather permitting, at the table on the terrace shaded by an awning overlooking the gardens.

Perfect for cozy stays away from it all, our comfortable cabin has its own private entrance, skylight, wood-burning fireplace stove, pure well water, and a private bathroom with shower room (which is also a stream room) all just a short walk from the Sudbury river, conversation land with nature trails, history, and outdoor sports. No contact with the host is necessary. This is a fully self-contained separate space attached to one end of the house.

Peaceful by the Sea with breakfast (1 of 2 rooms)

PEACEFUL ROOM is appropriately named as peace and quiet is most important when hosting guests. It comes with A FULL BREAKFAST that is served at 8-8:30 AM. It is a 5 minute walk to an array of restaurants, beaches, ice cream store, groceries, nail salon, clothing shop, as well as a souvenir shop and more. Going for a bike ride, jog or a walk, this is your spot! There is also pickle ball within a 10 minute walk. THERE IS NO USE OF KITCHEN OR FRIDGE.

The Chicago House is a centrally located traditional Ptown Guest House. SMALL room FOR ONE PERSON on the 2nd floor with steep stairs. If offers a full-sized bed & SHARED bath. A/C, TV, cable, WIFI. Free On-Site PARKING is at the BACK of our BnB is not accessible through our street address. When the lot is full, parking may involve tandem spots and you may need to leave your keys with us. We serve our continental breakfast from 8am -9:30am.
