Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Close to downtown Wasilla and only minutes away from restaurants. Take a 30 min drive to the top of Hatcher’s Pass and visit the Independence Mine and take a scenic drive over to Willow. Take a 1 hr drive to Talkeetna. Or go the opposite direction 1.5 hrs to Matanuska Glacier and take a guided tour out on the glacier! NO SMOKERS please as we live here as well and don’t enjoy the smell of cigarette smoke around our home. Thank you.

SaltWater Cottage

This one BR newly renovated cottage is in downtown, yet peaceful and private. Very well appointed, It overlooks the port, rail yard, and Cook Inlet. Steps away from bikes trails and within blocks of restaurants and city life, most downtown attractions are within walking distance. It is a few minutes walk to museums, convention centers, and the rail depot. Equipped with a king sized, cool memory foam mattress in the bedroom and fully equipped kitchen, this vintage cottage is like brand new!

A small cabin built like a studio apartment. Very roomy and homey — quaint, quiet and simple. There’s a garden with fresh greens and herbs for your enjoyment and world class hiking and skiing within 10 minutes. Palmer and Wasilla are 15 minutes away. There’s a large parking area and shed with fun outdoor gear to use, as well as a wood burning cedar sauna. Though we ask that you request/message before using it. Want pets? My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families, and big groups. Take advantage of fall/winter rates. Visiting family in Anchorage, shopping or medical appointments.

The Daybreak is a bottom floor suite--all very private and very quiet-- with queen size wall bed that allows extra space during the day, a kitchenette, tub w/ shower, gas fireplace, private deck with gas BBQ, and an enclosed, heated gazebo to enjoy the northern lights. Stunning mountain views at no extra charge. Ample parking and private entrance. Centrally located for points east, west, north or south. This unit is 280 sq. ft. Take that into consideration before booking.

Hodson's Hot Tub House

Our house will be a great addition to your vacation. We offer a hot tub and sauna. There is plenty of room to store your snowboarding gear, or just kick back and relax. There are two full bathrooms, a living room, and a workout room downstairs. We are 2.5 miles from the Dimond Shopping Center, 6.4 miles from Downtown, 4.9 miles from Hilltop Ski Hill, and and 38.8 miles from Alyeska Ski Resort. There are multiple activities and restaurants within 2 miles of the house.
