Located at the edge of the charming village of Matfield, with great countryside walks and the village's 2 great pubs. This is the perfect location to get away from it all, or explore the Kent & Sussex countryside, the local wine farms, the Spa town of Royal Tunbridge Wells and only a 45-minute drive to Hastings and the South Coast. Arranged over 1 floor with lounge, kitchen/diner, bedroom, bathroom and summer room on to patio and beautiful enclosed cottage garden. We are child and pet friendly.

Comfortable Spacious Cottage

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located house. 2 great pubs on your doorstep and just off one of the finest village greens in the country, with Cinderhill Woods Nature Reserve just on the edge of the village for you to explore. Nearby, Scotney and Tonbridge Castles, The Hop Farm, Finchcocks and the Regency Arcade of the Pantiles are a short distance. The towns of Tonbridge and Tunbridge Wells are both close by. Unique character, cosy & relaxing, good location.

The Studio sleeps 4 and is situated to the left of the main house in a quiet secluded setting. The brick paved drive provides ample parking. The accommodation is bright, light and spacious with an open-plan lounge and dining area, a breakfast bar, fully fitted kitchen, two large characterful double bedrooms, (additional single bed on request), a bathroom with bath and shower unit. Two private patio areas, rear patio giving direct access to a large garden for you to explore, relax and enjoy.

Goldcrest Lodge Wadhurst

Goldcrest Lodge is a peaceful hideaway within secluded woods on the 140 acre historic estate of Wadhurst Castle. It is designed to blend in to its woodland setting, yet is bright and spacious with modern luxuries - perfect for a romantic break, a restful escape or for reconnecting with nature. It has a double bedroom (5' bed) with huge picture window, a central main room with sofa bed leading to a kitchen area and separate shower room beyond. Decking and private screened bath. Dog friendly.

Hodges Oast self catering cottage.

Relax at this peaceful cottage, within the grounds of Hodges Oast - a traditional old Kentish oast house. The property is modern yet has traditional features from when it was a stable. The one bedroom property has a sofa bed in the lounge, suitable for children or one adult. Not suitable for 4 adults. Ideally located for many attractions including Tunbridge Wells, Bewl Water, Bedgebury and Scotney castle. Car is essential. One well behaved dog at a charge of £20.00. Free parking on driveway

The Hopper Huts at Old Farm, Lamberhurst Quarter.

The Hopper Huts are charming converted former Hop Pickers huts on a working dairy farm. They offer cosy and peaceful accommodation with a lovely outlook over fields and woods. Depending on the time of year, there may be cows or sheep in the field in front you. There are some lovely family friendly walks around the farm and you will be ideally situated just off the A21 for visiting Tunbridge Wells, Tonbridge and surrounding villages. There are also several National Trust attractions close by.

This unique place has a style all its own. 3 bedroom spacious and stylish penthouse apartment above a lovely country pub and restaurant with separate entrance.. Top floor master suite with ensuite shower with tv area and sofa bed. Lower floor has two further bedrooms plus bathroom/shower. Modern fully equipped kitchen with dining area. Separate cosy sitting room with 55" flatscreen tv. Lovely views across fields with some amazing country walks. Can sleep 6 to 8 people. Free parking on site.

Cosy Hut with TV, Wifi. Amazing walks and pubs

Our wiggly tin hut is for two people (and of course a dog). It nestles in its own secure space within a pretty cottage garden in the centre of a pretty kent village Sleeping is on a very comfy memory foam double bed. There is an ensuite shower room, basin and wc, a small kitchen with 2 ring gas hob, butlers sink, fridge and combination microwave/oven. Outside there is a bbq and garden furniture. Great pubs locally, one just 1/2 mile away. Another 20 minutes walk. The walks are amazing!

Located close to National Trust sites and country walks. The Lodge is the perfect country getaway and romantic retreat. Please note this is strictly a NO SMOKING property inside the Lodge, the garden and surrounding field. The property is also NOT SUITABLE for infants, children or pets. Two adults only.

Cozy inside and with gorgeous views outside, if that sounds like a splendid mix, then set off for the high-weald area of outstanding natural beauty and a self-catering stay at Gabriel's Rest, a gorgeous little shepherd's hut set in a peaceful and tranquil corner of a Sussex meadow with its own little garden. This idyllic retreat is set at Pococksgate Farm. It's all very peaceful here, and a relaxing place to just chill out all by yourselves with no one else around you.

Amazing walks & pubs from the doorstep, perfect for a country retreat, yet only 30 miles from London. Huge King size circular bed. Reynolds spa is 15 mins away. The house recently featured in Mr Bates v The Post Office, & the roundel was the actors green room.

A lovely cosy 3 bedroom cottage in the heart of Brenchley, Kent. Decorated with local artwork this cottage has a newly renovated fully equipped kitchen and a lovely open plan dining room. Our separate living room has a 52" TV and a wood burner. Two car parking spaces available, with a spacious private garden and patio. Our cottage is surrounded by unique pubs and cafes and stunning country walks.
