Your accommodation is separate from the main house and was part of a Victorian School built in the 1800's .It is self contained . It is situated in the heart of North Norfolk being only 20 minutes from the sea . Norfolk is mainly an agricultural county with many farms and quaint villages and amazing coastline . From here you are also only 25-30 minutes from Norwich the Main City which is of great historic interest with a castle & two cathedrals , it also has a great market and great shopping .

Explore the local walks, beaches, historic towns or just kick back and relax in the sunny garden with the BBQ. A welcome breakfast hamper awaits you upon your arrival (allergies, tell me)

Train Carriage Cabin Itteringham, Norfolk

Relax and unwind in the heart of the Norfolk countryside. Your own Restored Train Carriage Cabin sits alongside the River Bure & natural water meadows, with private decking and a campfire nestled amongst the Alder Carr, where Norfolk’s wonderfully diverse wildlife is never far away. The Carr, 3 acres of ancient woodland and water meadows, is a space we tend and love ourselves, and are glad to share with our guests. Wander through, watch the wildlife & make the campfire yours for the evening.

The Annexe at Ringsfield

We would love to welcome you to come and rest in this calm, clean and well-presented home. The Annexe at Ringsfield is a detached single storey dwelling set in the one-acre grounds of our home in the popular market town of Aylsham. We are ideally located for trips to the North Norfolk Coast, the Broads or the medieval city of Norwich. Closer to home is the National Trust property Blickling Hall, the Bure Valley steam Railway and miles of footpaths through the beautiful Norfolk countryside.

Detached house in a unique and special location.

Scarrowbeck House is a stunning detached house, recently lovingly renovated to combine style, luxury and comfort. The house sits proudly in an elevated position on a picturesque common in the village of Hanworth, boasting beautiful long views across the common. Hanworth has the largest and one of the last remaining enclosed commons in England with grazing cattle, covering 35 acres and borders the privately owned Gunton Park, a 1,000-acre deer park, home to the award-winning Gunton Arms.

Nestled in the trees with stunning views down into a hidden, valley. Binoculars are provided to enjoy the Barn Owls, Kites, deer, foxes, badgers, rabbits, hares and squirrels that inhabit the valley. The all wood lodges have been hand built by local craftsmen; the fixtures, fittings, and beds are made from a specific species of 'waney edged' wood. A fully fitted kitchen, mood lighting and a wood burning stove complete the cabin-in-the-woods romance of these gorgeous luxury hideaways.

Steve & Angie are your hosts at Spurrell’s Retreat… a unique, self-contained, high-tech holiday accommodation, created, as part of our renovation of Manor House Farm. The Retreat offers stylish, peaceful and relaxing accommodation for two adults, open plan living/sleeping, a private raised patio with fire pit and gas BBQ, a separate kitchen with electric oven, hob, fridge, and dishwasher, and a bathroom with walk-in shower and sauna, all WiFi and audio connected. Enjoy your stay!

Puddle Barn, Sleeps 6, spacious barn conversion

Countryside views from this barn conversion, with woodburner, wealth of wildlife on the doorstep. Barn owls and deer in the garden, shopping in Holt and Norwich, beach, swimming pool and North Norfolk Steam railway at Sheringham. Cromer with its famous pier, promenade and sandy beaches. National Trust Felbrigg and Blickling are close by and there are regular seal trips from Morston and Blakeney as well as lots of coastal walking. Dog friendly for up 2 dogs with additional charge.

The Old Farm Office.

A peaceful getaway for two, we can cater for special occasions on request. It's a great base to explore Norfolk's beautiful countryside. Its location is very convenient being close to Norwich, Norfolk Broads & only a few miles away from the popular coastal towns of Cromer, Sheringham with stunning beaches. The Old Farm Office is private and fully self-contained; guests have their own entrance to a hall, separate fully fitted kitchen, shower room, lounge/bedroom and private garden.

The Little Bull - a self-contained rural retreat

Comfortable and stylish, self-contained accommodation in a former coaching inn, in the heart of North Norfolk, within easy reach of the beautiful coastline. Well placed for the seaside towns of Sheringham and Cromer, and the market towns of Holt and Aylsham. Norwich is within a 40 minute drive. Close to National Trust properties at Felbrigg and Blickling, with many footpaths and cycle routes. Perfect for couples, birdwatchers, walkers and cyclists looking for a rural retreat.

Dog Cottage

2 bedroom cottage in rural North Norfolk. Well behaved dogs welcome (secure garden). 20 minutes to the beach. Near Holt, Cromer, Aylsham and Sheringham. Please note this is a small cottage with low doorways, and tight, winding stairs and an open landing. The cottage is unsuitable for guests with infants or toddlers. Type 2 EV charger available on request for guests' use (charged separately) The nearest pub and restaurant is in the next village and only a short drive away.
