We are cleaning all surfaces in our house with disinfectant, washing bedding with Clorox, and providing antibacterial hand soap for our guests. Close to shopping and restaurants with take out service. Ample outdoor space with fire pit, grill, deck and covered porch. Fast internet service, there is a smart tv connected to a antenna.

Within walking distance of the Newtown pedestrian mall, Colonial Williamsburg Trolley bus line, and multi-use trail. Only available during the summer (rented to college students during the academic year). Fully fenced (6-feet high) backyard.

The area is rich with historical sites. Be sure to visit Colonial Williamsburg, Jamestown and Yorktown. There is a shopping center with a Grocery store and restaurants within walking distance from the property.

Property is centrally located with just an 8 minute drive to Historic Colonial Williamsburg, 2 minute drive to Route 199 access, 2 minute drive to the Williamsburg Winery, and 15 minute drive to Busch Gardens.
