A self contained, beautifully presented annex featuring a lounge/kitchen & flexible sleeping accommodation for up to 4 guests (2 single beds with a 3rd pullout bed upstairs and a single guest bed downstairs). There is limited headroom in places. Set in gated grounds with a pond & lawns, guests can use a fire pit, BBQ, outside pool table and seating areas. Ample parking.

Newly refurbished self contained airy and spacious private annex with individual entrance and own garden. Downstairs comprises of a large lounge with TV and Wi-Fi the stairs leading to the upper floor. A generous proportioned bedroom with king-size bed and en suite bathroom + dressing room. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids).
