Welcome to Spencer Ranch. The remodeled home sleeps 8 adults inside, but allows for more guests if you want to bring in an RV, trailer, or throw up some tents. We are sitting on 8.5 beautiful acres, surrounded by horses, cattle, and even a small forested area with walking trails. The home has all new appliances, A/C, and WIFI, to keep everyone comfortable and entertained, while still allowing you to unplug and enjoy some peace and quiet on this large property. We've recently renovated and curated this home with the specific purpose to inspire and foster creativity in a uniquely comfortable setting. Across the HWY of Buc-ee’s. 12 minutes from TX State Tubes, 13 miles of San Marcos Outlet stores & 25 miles north of Comal/Guadalupe River tubing & Schlitterbahn water park. Equipped with household essentials except an iron, steamer available. 2 bedroom queen bed each, suitable for 4 adults 2 per room, & two vehicles. It’s a great alternative to staying in hotel. For less money you can have an entire house to yourself!

Cypress View River Barn is a cozy escape for 1-2 people. This guest house is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing getaway. It features it's own private deck to enjoy the river view, complete with table, two chairs, a loveseat and a propane grill. The River Barn shares parking and river access with Cypress House. It is our strong intention to provide a quiet experience for both our guests and neighbors, so if you a looking for a place to party please seek a better fit.
