We are nestled in one of Atlanta's best intown neighborhoods. Our space is designed with luxury hospitality in mind: great Wifi, a full kitchen stocked with local coffee from Portrait, a Saatva king bed with high quality linens, and a pool. At the end of our quiet street is the Beltline, an 8 mile walking and biking trail connecting a number of ATL hot spots. Less than 15 minutes gets you to downtown attractions and the airport is just 15-20 minutes south of us. You're never far from fun here!

Relax after a long day of work or pleasure in this spacious one bedroom, one bathroom apartment in a quiet community. Start your day at the local bakery steps away from the apartment, work from the electric stand up (or sit down) desk, and wind down at one of the local restaurants or breweries that are an easy walk or Uber away.

Enjoy the outdoors with full private access to the pool (open seasonally), an outdoor fire place, and a new hot tub and walking trails to enjoy the outdoors. The master suite is nothing short of stunning! It over looks the pool and jacuzzi. has its own private balcony. There is a par 3 golf course across the street and Bobby Jones golf course 2.5 miles away. The property is bordered to the W and S by Peachtree Creek. There is a large covered outdoor porch with a fire place.

Both places are entirely separated. The guesthouse has exclusive right to use the pool and backyard but max occupancy is 4.
