The Southtown Haven

The Southtown Haven is a great place to settle in for a night, a week, or even longer. The house has a very basic set up with three bedrooms and two bathrooms located upstairs and the main living area on the main floor. The main floor also has a half bath, garage, empty bedroom and access to the backyard. The neighborhood is wonderful and the house is walking distance to a park, nearby trails, and super close to a bus stop which can take you to the OSU campus!

Pool house with hot tub and extras (year round)

Bring the whole family or use it as a private get away. Bedroom has a bunk bed that sleeps up to 3 people. The queen bed by the hot tub and pool sleeps 2 (privacy curtains). There is 1 couch and 1 futon. In addition to the pool and kitchen, there is an indoor fire pit, ping pong and foos ball, outdoor deck, yard (games bocci and croquet). One room with toilet/sink and one with shower/dressing area. VCR/DVD on two TVs, internet on 3rd.
