This home has 2 separate bedrooms, 1 bath, and a fold out couch in the living room so the property will sleep 6. A spacious kitchen with a coffee/tea/Snack bar is located within the kitchen area. 2 bedroom 1 bath (approximately 700sq feet) newly renovated bungalow located in Minneola, KS. Available for short-term rental (contact host for short- term rental options). Clean and quiet place to stay while you are passing through Minneola. No pets (will make exceptions for service dogs special situations, however owner approval is required), no smoking of any kind. Family of 4 can fit comfortably or if you are traveling here for work with a work crew, no more then 2 adults.

This property is located on a spacious country farm 7 miles south of Sublette. This is a renovated scale house turned into a guest house. The scales are still used during harvest. It is quaint, clean and cozy. You will have the whole place to yourself! Plenty of room for grilling outside and plenty of parking! Great for one person passing through or a large group of hunters!
