The “Pool House” is a 1-bedroom private detached unit at the rear of our property. Set in a quiet neighbourhood 10mins walk to the train station and close to Tafe, the Hospital & “The Forum”. 20mins walk to Silver Sands Beach. A 5min drive will get you to the holiday vibe at the renowned Mandurah foreshore offering boating, waterfront parks, cafes, restaurants and bars. Enjoy shared use of the pool in season. Off street parking with access to your accommodation through a secure side gate.

Golfers Retreat or Beach Getaway - you can enjoy both! This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home sleeps 6 and is just perfect for your Mandurah holiday. Umatah means "you matter". Umatah to us, Umatah to yourself, Umatah to those around you and Umatah to the environment. Umatah is part of the original State Brick Works that was closed down in the 1940’s after their excavations hit an underground spring. The property runs on organic principles and has a mango orchard, apiary, vegetable wicking beds plus various other fruit and nut trees. There is a large waterhole, landscaped gardens and endless native bushland.
