The backyard features a deck with privacy wall ideal for grillin’ & chillin’. There is off and on-street parking available as well as a 2-stall garage. All three bedrooms host their own bathroom. The primary suite features a walk-in tiled shower with rain shower head, king sized bed, double closets, and patio door access to the deck. All bedroom closets include organizers, suitable for extended stays! There is also a half bath for extra guests to utilize.

Country living at it’s best! Located 6 miles from Randolph , Ne. Quite , peaceful country style of living! Have a small pond on site for your viewing pleasure and relaxing times with a full swing set for the young at heart fun times! My shed is heated during the winter months! FYI The Loft bedroom and TV room are located upstairs from the kitchen (Please bring your own food for meals! ) and bathroom are on the bottom floor! Recently add washer and dryer system! Great place for a larger group to have plenty of room. A little ways off the beaten path but worth a little extra drive. 15 min drive to Vermillion, 20 min drive to Yankton and 35 minutes to Sioux Falls.
