Imagine stepping into an Airbnb apartment located in an old Stalin-era building, where neoclassic style is elegantly embraced. The exterior of the building boasts the grandeur of the Soviet era, with imposing architecture characterized by sturdy construction and symmetrical lines. As you enter the apartment, you are greeted by a yellow entrance with neoclassical moldings which leads into the kitchen and living room with stunning chandeliers hanging from high ceilings. there is no elevator 🛗

Это самая уютная и любимая наша квартира. У нас в гостях вы почувствуете атмосферу старого города. Рядом супермаркет, кофейни, шашлычные, пиццерия. Район очень тихий но имеет хорошую транспортную доступность. Квартира на 4 этаже в кирпичном доме без лифта. Комфортно для 4 человек если вы семья с детьми.

A tranquil retreat where you can unwind in privacy, enjoy mountain views and sunsets over the city, breathe fresh air, and relax in thoughtfully designed interiors. The cottages and surrounding area are perfectly planned for a countryside getaway: large windows fill the space with light, there are cozy BBQ and relaxation zones, a wood-fired sauna, and a hot tub.
