Whispering Oak was lovingly built in 1908 by the Mothershed family. It is adorned by a massive Oak tree that holds a swing. We have divided the house into two private apartments. Secret Hideaway is on the right. There are 3 spacious rooms. Living/dining with adjoining kitchenette, large bedroom with closet with en-suite luxurious bathroom with walk in shower. There a lovely front porch with swing that provides amazing sunset views and a beautiful backyard with large covered portico.

Welcome to our 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom downstairs midtown apartment. Built in 1966 but beautifully renovated in 2019. Inside you'll find two cozy queen-sized beds in each bedroom, ensuring a comfortable and restful night's sleep. There's a Walgreens and several small convenient stores to help stock your fridge if you do choose to make use of the full kitchen, but of course you must try Rendezvous BBQ before you leave! There is a coin laundry on-site and also FREE use of an off site gym.

Our place is less than a mile to the heart of Overton Square, which means an easy walk to restaurants, nightlife, live theatre and music and tons of family-friendly activities. It's also under a quarter mile to Overton Park - home of the Memphis Zoo, Memphis College of Art and the Brooks Museum. Ten minutes to downtown and Beale Street and 15 minutes to the airport and Graceland.
