Riverside guest suite on the lower level of our 4 storey house in the heart of Llanfairfechan offering a double bedroom, dining / sitting room with en suite private bathroom and courtyard garden, tea/coffee making, flat screen TV, microwave, fridge, iron and home comforts including two seater sofa. There’s two general stores and takeaways a couple of minutes walk, the mainline railway station is a 10 minute stroll. Breakfast is cereal, toast, tea/coffee and a cooked light breakfast.

Caernarfon is 9 miles away.

The bedroom has a King Size bed with smart TV, storage and ensuite bathroom with walk in shower. The lounge has a sofa, smart TV and fantastic sea views. A beautiful Mongolian Yurt set in its own private wooded space. The Bathroom is housed in a wooden cabin just a few feet from the door and is exclusively for use of guests. Views take in the breathtaking coastline, with Snowdonia in the distance and farm land in the foreground. The yurt is equipped with a mini hob and oven, fridge, toaster and kettle. A continental breakfast is provided. There is a wood burning stove to keep you cosy at any time of year.
