This 2nd-floor apartment is situated in a newly refurbished 19th century house, which is located only 3 minutes either from the cathedral or from the central market. Everything in the historic centre of Cadiz is within a footwalk distance away from the apartment. The building is located in a pedestrian area and therefore quiet and peaceful. The bedrooms open to a patio of a 18th century convent and are even more quiet. From the roof-top you have a marvelous view over the atlantic ocean.

El apartamento esta situado en el centro histórico, ideal para conocer todo el casco antiguo paseando, cercano a la Catedral, Torre Tavira, barrios más populares y numerosos restaurantes y bares de tapas de gastronomía gaditana, al lado podéis comprar churros típicos recién hechos y degustarlos en las cafeterías cercanas. A 5minutos de la playa de la caleta con las mejores puestas de sol. Es una zona inmejorable para pasar unos días o unas vacaciones en esta maravillosa ciudad.

It is a separate space, a loft, private with key, in a historic old building, completely renovated. Exceptional location and lots of charm, the decor is Nordic style with fir wood floors, give warmth, comfort and create a cozy atmosphere, is the second floor, with ceilings of 5 meters high which is where the loft is located. I live on the same floor and share door to the floor but the loft is a space, independent and private key exclusively for guest use.

An extra cleaning service is available upon request for an additional charge.
