Casa Emilietta Cottage with private garden

Charming and rustic building surrounded by nature, in the picturesque village of Montorfano. A path begins near the romanic church and you have to walk 200 meters uphill. Furnished in a simple and yet functional way including an induction cooker and a microwave oven, a Wi-Fi connection and a pellet stove for heating. There is a beautiful canopy between the house and the bathroom. The house is close to Lake Maggiore and to the lake of Mergozzo, which can be easily reached with a 20 minute walk.

Characteristic hut located in a high mountain pasture (7 huts)at 1000 meters above sea level. Reachable only on foot in 40 minutes from the village of Miazzina (VB) by an easy path.Allows to enjoy the wild atmosphere of the nearby Val Grande Park and offers an outstanding view over Lake Maggiore.The hut is equipped with a wood boiler providing hot water and with a solar panel producing electricity for lighting and charging electronic devices. In July and August we prefer to have 3 guest or more.

The house has many windows and sun in charming position above the village of Maggia overlooking the waterfall of the Valle del Salto, nestled in a tropical garden, fully fenced and with a small swimming pool. Close to the house there is the possibility to swim in the river or at the waterfall. Recommended for people seeking tranquility, hikers and in search for privacy and contact with nature. La casa è immersa nella natura, raggiungibile solo a piedi a 300 metri dal parcheggio, ma molto vicina al lago e al borgo che offre arte e cultura, splendide viste panoramiche, ristoranti e spiaggia. Ti piacerà per la tranquillità e la vastità degli spazi, i panorami verso il lago e le montagne, l'intimità, il soffitto a vista, la comodità, l'ampio prato intorno. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie, avventurieri solitari e famiglie con bambini.

The house consists of three floors. On the lower floor there are two bedrooms, two beds in each, and one bathroom with a shower. On the middle floor there is one large bedroom with two beds. (It is possible to put an extra bed). On the top floor there is a small bedroom with one bed and and separate bathroom. Also on the middle floor there is a kitchen equipped with all necessary for cooking.
