My spacious, private and clean duplex has everything you'll need plus extras! Close to downtown, hiking and biking. Access to the entire unit #1 without any interruptions. No shared spaces, own private laundry room, private front entrance, private fenced backyard with an entrance. Fully stocked kitchen with air popper popcorn maker, (popcorn provided), air fryer, cold frosted mugs, keerig coffee maker and regular coffee maker and a yoga mat. We love the location of this place as it is right in the middle of Grand Junction and an easy drive to Wine Country in Palisade or biking in Fruita (there is great biking closer too).
