Hello friends! My name is Heather. I have a golden doodle , Piper, hence the name of this abode here:). It’s been a dream of mine for years as I love people & love to pamper them. (Piper loves people just as much as myself..☺️) My 2-story home is built right around 1900 . They will have the entire upstairs. The bedroom consists of 1 queen bed, full bathroom, walk in closet. There is a sitting room with a futon, and coffee bar which is equipped with a fridge, microwave, & kuerig.

Efficiency kitchen with open living space including an island with seating for four plus a dining table for six. This apartment has two spacious bedrooms one with a twin bed and full size bed and the other with a queen sized bed. There is a pull out sofa in the living room. We have personally designed the entire house and can't wait for you to enjoy our one of a kind space. It is 1000 square feet featuring an open concept, large kitchen, two bedrooms, one of which houses a king sized bed and the other a trundle that pulls out to a king! Centrally located in the Heights, you will be minutes away from all the action.

The Courthouse Loft-History, hot tub, and coffee!

The Courthouse Loft resides in the historic courthouse used in the mid 1900s on the second floor of The City House. The original railing and gate of courtroom divides the 825 soft studio style layout. Loft has a separated bath and laundry and a patio with hot tub! Mid century and historic style will wrap you in comfort and luxury during your stay. We are above a coffee shop, so pop downstairs for breakfast and your morning brew! Oh, and never a cleaning fee!
