The Grove studio is a fully self contained space separated from our private onsite residence. Set in the majestic rolling granite hills of Harcourt North our views will captivate you, from amazing sunsets to star filled skies. A perfectly positioned location between Bendigo, Castlemaine and Maldon, your base to explore the attractions Central Victoria has to offer, including great local wineries & artisan goods. Our area is home to an abundance of nature, from kangaroos to echidnas to wombats.

Come and enjoy the picturesque Mandurang Valley. We live on 6.5 acres and are a great base to explore all that Bendigo has to offer; the Art Gallery, Capital and Ulumbarra theatres, Central Deborah Mine, the popular Markets, Music/Food/Wine/Beer festivals and the many great cafes and fine dining options including award winning "Masons" and "The Woodhouse" We live opposite the Bendigo Regional Park which boasts many mountain bike tracks and are also in close proximity to some local wineries.

The Rocks Studio

Just an hour from Melbourne, The Rocks Studio is the perfect redoubt from the city grind. Completely off-grid, The Rocks Studio is perched high amongst giant, granite boulders on a one hundred acre, working, sheep property. It enjoys truly spectacular views– near and far– across the Great Dividing Range. The superb landscape is a magnet for artists and photographers. As well, far from city lights, The Rocks is a star gazers paradise. An hour from Melbourne– a million miles from care.

Central Studio Apartment with great views

This self-contained studio on Dja Dja Wurrung Country is tucked below our house. It's a totally separate and private space, air conditioned, double glazed and with its own off-street parking and access. It is within walking distance to the town centre, The Mill Complex, The Bridge Hotel and the Botanic Gardens; and just a 7 min walk up the hill from the railway station. Enjoy fabulous views to the east from the lounge, bedroom and your private balcony across the town to Leanganook.

Henry's Cottage

Redesdale is a wonderful little country town with everything you need at hand to make your stay comfortable and relaxed. A,cafe, a pub and a general store all in walking distance from the cottage. The cottage is lovely and light filled, charmingly decorated with modern conviniences. Beautiful views of the surrounding area and friendly locals to offer advice and great food if you choose to eat at their venues. This place is a gem and just a short drive from Melbourne.

Red Brick Barn Chewton

Red Brick Barn overlooks Forest Creek and surrounding Goldfields heritage bushland. A walking track is at the door for a lovely walk to Wesley hill Saturday market or continue on to explore nearby Castlemaine with it's wonderful Architecture and vibrant café and arts culture. Red Brick Barn is an eclectic mix of European and Early Australian antiques, including French Industrial Furniture and Lighting, Turkish Kilims from Anatolia and rare "Depression" pieces.

Taipa

A quiet place overlooking the Malmsbury countryside. This area is surrounded by wineries and small country towns that hold markets most weekends. We are just a short walk from Malmsbury Railway Station. This region hosts Castlemaine Art Festival, Harcourt Apple Fest . Great restaurants, cafes in nearby historic Piper St Kyneton and Malmsbury farmers market. This is an area not to be missed located 55 minutes from Melbourne and just 25 minutes to Daylesford.

Fryers Hut

Set in the peaceful bushland of Fryerstown, Fryers hut is only 10 minutes from Castlemaine, 30 minutes from Daylesford and 5 minutes from Vaughan Springs. Excellent walking and mountain bike riding are at your doorstep or just relax at the hut and enjoy the garden, pool and sauna. In the heart of the Goldfields region there is plenty to explore including outdoor activities, the arts, festivals, historical sites and great cafes, restaurants and wineries.

The secluded cottage has it's own private garden and is right next to the alpaca nursery paddock, so expect to see lots of crias (baby alpacas)! The cottage is conveniently located, 10mins to Kyneton, 15mins to Trentham, 20 mins to Daylesford and 1hr 15mins to Melbourne.
