Studio Metta - Cowaramup

Studio Metta ( Shire approval P220383) is a new cosy, light and bright self contained studio. There is one large bedroom with a queen bed, a great bathroom with high ceilings and a generously sized living area which incorporates a kitchenette and fridge, a sofa, an occasional chair and a small table for dining. Total floor area is 50m2. The outlook from the living area and the private outdoor deck is onto Parkwater forest, where you can hear birdsong and feel the nature right on your doorstep.

You'll soak up the warmth of the morning sun, whilst listening to the bird life, and watching sheep, cows and kangaroos in neighbouring paddocks. The privacy and tranquility will allow you make yourselves at home. Whether you’re reading in a hammock, drinking wine watching the sunset, soaking in a spa, playing boardgames, or cooking on the Weber. Not suitable for children or pets.

The Studio, Yallingup

Situated in Yallingup, The Studio has amazing ocean and garden views. It is a short stroll to the beach, national park, Caves House hotel, general store, bakery and coffee outlets. There is a king-sized bed, comfortable seats, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, barbecue, kitchenette, filtered water and balcony. There are 22 steps, with handrails, down to The Studio. Petit Eco Cabin at Windows Estate

A single, architecturally designed timber cabin, nestled into the trees by the lake, overlooking our certified organic vineyard. Ample amounts of natural light filter through the trees with vineyard & farmland views framed by each window. The little siren studio Gnarabup

The little siren is a self contained studio at the rear of our property. It’s located in a unique little pocket of Margaret River, looking out over Gas bay surf break and the Cape Leeuwin ridge. An adults only ( no babies either sorry), oasis in which to explore the cape, snuggle up & read books or simply spend the night watching stars from your bed. Our bedroom is on a mezzanine level, the bathroom is downstairs, please note that there are multiple stairs on the property.

Relax in this unique rural escape. Enjoy the easy access to farm walks. Breath in the relaxing connection with nature, around the dam and olive grove. This farm is close to gourmet food and coffee in local towns, and surrounds, passing the local icecream factory.
