Oak beams, sandstone walls and cast-iron staircase are key features in the attic with a Double Deluxe bedroom room named Tower Shower Room with its own Private separate bathroom, called the Tower Shower Bathroom and is located opposite the Bedroom. The bedroom is equipped with 32-inch smart TV, Hairdryer,Kitchenette including microwave, mini fridge, complimentary water, tea/coffee making facilities, biscuits, plates, cutlery and bathroom providing towels and toiletries. The bedroom has a Double bed, Desk, Mirror, Chair, Bedside Tables, Chest of Drawers, Freestanding Clothes Hanger and Central Heating. Maximum occupancy is 2.

I want to welcome people and their dogs to our home in the village of Rowlands Gill just 8 miles from the centre of Newcastle. I have 2 bright, spacious bedrooms with 2 shower rooms. A complimentary continental breakfast is available in the second bedroom. This room has huge windows looking onto our wood. There are no curtains but it isn’t overlooked. However it can be bright early on summer mornings. The beds are partly separated from the seating by a screen. Many birds and mammals can be seen

Modern 3 storey home. Guests have sole use of the rooms on the top floor-comprising lounge with two two seater reclining sofas, TV, Music/DVD players. Bathroom (bath +shower) and w/c, bedroom with a double and a single bed, wardrobe and set of drawers. Guests may use WC, all kitchen facilities and the dining room on the ground floor. Durham, Newcastle and Sunderland are each only about 6 miles away. My house is in a quiet cul de sac and the rear garden backs onto the Coast-coast cycle track

Park View Jesmond (en-suite).

Quiet bedroom with double bed and en-suite shower in award winning designer home, 7 mins walk to Jesmond Metro (3 stops to Central Station and about 25 mins to the Airport). Near the Great North Run start, and about 20 mins walk into town. In the centre of trendy Jesmond, it's a red brick lodge, totally rebuilt in 2016, with a super insulated, modern interior. We also have 2 other rooms, search"Garden View" and "Peace & Quiet". Breakfast (muesli, fruit, toast etc) is included up to 10.00am.

Situated in a family owned Victorian terraced house in a quiet leafy street within fifteen minutes walking distance of the city centre of Newcastle-Upon-Tyne, The Royal Victoria Infirmary, the Freeman Hospital and Newcastle University are only a short distance away. Close by are shops and restaurants.

Lovely farmhouse location a short walk from the charming village of Lanchester, full of interesting places to explore and eat. Close to Durham city and University, dales and coast. Bus stop at door and next to cycling and walking routes. Uber taxi service operates here too. A huge garden to enjoy and off road parking. The room is en-suite, a double or twin with private lounge. Guests need to climb a spiral staircase. Hens in garden. Continental breakfast included.

Pry is a cosy 18th-century, cottage farmhouse within five acres of wild flowers, a verdant copse and running burn. Near Hadrian’s Wall and medieval Blanchland, Pry lies just south of Hexham and Corbridge, making it the perfect base for exploring Northumberland and beyond. Help is on hand with Steve and Cocker Spaniel Kes. There’s homemade organic breads, rare-breed (even Roman!) eggs and advice on walking, cycling, or casting a fly for salmon and wild trout.

There is tea, coffee and complimentary biscuits in all rooms along with freeview Tv with built in Dvd player. A double wardrobe with hangers is sited in the corner of the room and a bedside lamp and central heating make this a very cosy room.
