Relaxed, quiet and safe space with lots of vegetation, to enjoy with your family and pet. It's located next to Tec de Monterrey in a university area well connected to downtown but also very close to the forest and far from everything. It has a main bedroom with a full bathroom and bathtub, another room which can be TV or sleeping, as it has a sofa bed that can fit another person. We designed much of the property to utilize passive cooling with sustainability in mind, so this suite stays lovely and cool.
