Jacks Cottage -

A beautiful oak framed building with great views of the south downs. Accommodation comprising of a comfortable lounge with TV and wifi and log burner. The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, oven and microwave. One double bedroom downstairs with en suite shower room. Upstairs there is a mezzanine with two single beds and a sitting area above the lounge area with a bathroom with free standing bath. The outside space is a south facing patio with table and chairs and a BBQ is available.

Situated in the shadow of the South Downs National Park on a small rural road with hardly any neighbours our charming cottage is a great place from which to explore the unspoiled open countryside and its many footpaths around us. The nearest street light is two miles away. Owls, deer and the occasional nightingale are the only sounds in the middle of the night The cottage décor is fresh and modern with plenty of parking and a small decking area. With its wide range of eating places and shops, Tunbridge Wells is a great base from which to explore the beautiful Garden of England. The owners live alongside the Cowshed but respect your privacy.

Oast Cottage

Oast Cottage is on the edge Ashdown Forest with beautiful walks. Various children's activities within 30-45 mins away, Quiet location, with amazing views, comfy beds. You can reach a local pub (Crow & Gate) by a nearby footpath taking 20 mins roughly. All other pubs and shops are a 10 minute drive away. As we are in the heart of the countryside, we do have Chickens and a Cockerel nearby to the cottage.
