Stay is in one side of a Historical Home Revival duplex over 100 years old, housing a spacious 750 square foot unit with free parking. The unit includes one bedroom, one bathroom, a dining room, and a separate living area. The neighborhood; quiet, safe, and within walking distance of the lively Overton Square. Newly constructed apartment just completed October 2018. Located in the lower level of our 100 year old historic home. The Lions Den is a cozy hideaway for travelers to call home. Guests enter the apartment through a lovely garden with fountain. There is private entrance and porch to enjoy a morning coffee or evening cocktail. We provide beverages and pumpkin bread and other conveniences. If you are traveling with more than 2 you may also book Lions Rest next door. We also include home tour.
