Tranquil guest suite in Brackendowns

A very comfortable guest suite located in Brackendowns Alberton, ideal for a couple or single person. With its own private entrance and secure under cover parking. We have solar installed, so we are not affected by load shedding. A tea, coffee station and mini fridge is provided in the guest suite. TV with Netflix. Plenty of cupboard space. The en suite bathroom has a shower, basin and toilet. Please note that this is not a self catering establishment, there is no cooking facilities.

Harbour Town Nr49 is a spacious house ideal for family and friends. Relax & enjoy the peaceful, safe surroundings or explore the nearby tennis courts, jungle gym and 9-hole mashie golf course (twin Tee off). No parties or events, and no noise after 10pm. Ample space for kids and pets, and garage has been converted to a play room with internet TV, table-tennis, dart board and a golf cart. Bring your watercraft for water sports (guest jetty can be arranged).

Located in a quiet suburb, but in 10 min reach of medical facilities and 20-30 minutes of universities and training institutions and 45 minutes to OR Tambo International Airport. Being semi-retired, we are rendering part-time professional counselling from home. We love life!
