The house is located near the top of Telethrio, a mountain in North Evia. A 5 minute walk from the nearest village, the house is on a lavender farm, surrounded by the forest. With an amazing view of Volos and North Evia and a 15-minute ride to the nearest beach, this is an ideal location for families, small groups of friends and travelers with a soft spot for nature and relaxing destinations. Only the ground floor is owner occupied (separate entrance); the rest of the house is available to rent.

The Little Stone House

On the first floor, it has 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds and a double sofa-bed On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen and a traditional stone-built bed. The toilet is located in the courtyard. It has outdoor dining areas in the 3 courtyards that surround it with stunning views and a beautiful garden.

The Potter's House

PLEASE READ THE DETAILS CONCERNING THE EXTRA DAILY FEE TO AVOID MISUNDERSTANDINGS!!! The Potter's House is an old traditional, renovated two-storey building with the apartment upstairs. It is situated in the traditional village of Lafkos, near the village square, which has two tavernas, a traditional coffee shop, two gift shops and a playground. Lafkos also has a third taverna off the square, a bakery, a butcher, two mini markets with fresh produce, and a cafe all within easy reach.

New luxurious house, located at the ground floor it is part of a 3- floor complex of traditional houses built in 2016 with amazing view of Pagasetic gulf. The house is a maisonette and it is comprised of three levels: 1. Ground floor with a living room, a kitchen and a toilet. 2. First floor with two bedrooms and a bathroom. 3. Basement with a very big room and a big bathroom. There is a big porch in front of the house at the level of the ground floor, a small balcony at the back side of the house and a second balcony at the first floor of the bedroom.
