Light-filled (4 skylights!) upstairs apartment in 169-year-old home. Cozy and playful decor with a lot of nostalgia. The house has beautiful wide pine plank floors. If you like straight lines, this house is not for you - it's a little wonky, but we find its charm far outmeasures the crooked doorways and other quirks. Located in Fox Point, a 15 min walk to brown, steps from Wickenden and Ives streets, the Newport Ferry, coffee shops, and restaurants, but on a side street out of the way of it all.

Unwind at our on-site SeaRose Spa, w/ a hot tub, saunas, & massage therapy (special guest rates) — part of our BnB property, which also includes two guest suites in the main house.

Why fight the traffic to Cape Cod when you can enjoy New England's beaches, trails and seafood from beautiful Duxbury - just an hour from Boston! Our home is on a gorgeous cranberry bog surrounded by biking and walking trails and just a mile from the beach. Skylights and french doors to a private patio fill the suite with sunlight. Guests enjoy the fire pit, grill and yard in summer or hit the trails on snow shoes and sleds in winter. The bog freezes over too and is great for ice skating!

1200 square foot condo. 2 bedrooms plus loft. 1 +1/2 baths. Full large eat in kitchen + dinning and living room area. Massive outside deck over looking Plymouth harbor. Located in the heart of the historic Plymouth Water front. Short walk to the rock, Mayflower and beaches and surrounded by resturants , pubs and night life. Location offers access to all that Plymouth has to offer. Condo has been recently remodeled and everything is new and clean. Off street parking on location.

Looking for the quintessential Salem stay? Look no further! The main bedroom is designed to get you in the Salem spirit, with its dark gothic decor. Take a reading break in the adjacent room, outfitted to look like a Victorian British library. A spacious living room, dining room, kitchen, and full bath complete this lovely property. Enjoy parking in a driveway in the typically-packed city. We are just a quick and enjoyable 12-minute walk to Essex street and all that downtown has to offer!

Manomet Boathouse Station #31

The Boathouse was a part of the Manomet Coast Guard Station on Manomet Point. When the station was decommissioned and eventually dismantled, the Boathouse was moved and attached to our home as a separate space. Guests will have full and private access to this beautiful and spacious 1,800 square foot home with 11 foot vaulted ceilings and antique southern exposure windows. The open first floor has a living room, kitchen, pool table and bathroom. A spiral staircase leads to the bedroom.

Tiny Farm House on a Horse Farm

Set in a quiet cul-de-sac at the end of our driveway, this tiny house is part of our family compound and working horse farm. We have many animals. Enjoy your space, knowing we are just 50 yards away should you need anything. This is a true tiny house experience. The kitchenette has everything you need. The sleep loft is accessible by a ladder and has a low ceiling. Disclaimer there is no door on the toilet, which is tucked away in the kitchen area. WiFi connection is not guaranteed.

Amazing ocean views from nearly every spot in the house. Open layout on first floor with kitchen, dining room, living room, and sunroom with deck to ocean. Gaze at the water as you work at the desk, cook your meals, or lounge on one of the two first floor couches. There's a half bath downstairs as well, and books and games to enjoy. The second floor features two bedrooms and full bathroom. Both bedrooms have ocean views; the master is your calming tranquil oasis next to the sea.
