I'm Clare, your host, and I’m delighted to welcome you to Biscuit Cottage; a special project I consider to be a reflection of me, and the experiences I’ve gained from 30 years of styling, all around the world! I hope you will find it stylish, elegant & cosy, and I hope you will love our amazing village, Milford on Sea. Our village is a true hidden gem, full of independent shops, restaurants & bars. Your accommodation overlooks the village green, and you're less than a mile from the beach!

This modern, premium and spacious home benefits from a wonderful sea view of the 3 needles off the coast of the Isle of White and along the coast to Bournemouth. The house sits over 3 floors (137.5m² / 1481 ft²). On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms (one with en-suite), and utility room. 1st floor; there is an open plan living, dining area and fully equipped kitchen. There is a balcony off the living area & also a separate toilet. 2nd floor; a mezzanine floor bedroom with en-suite shower.

The location is perfect - Ideal if you wish to park your car and just walk - approx 5min walking distance from the village shops, beach, cafes, pubs, restaurants and village green. You can walk to Keyhaven harbour and the marshes, very popular with bird watchers. A ferry can be taken to Hurst Castle.

It has a private entrance and off road parking. The Foredeck is on Barton-on-Sea cliff top, and it is only a five minute stroll down to the sea shore.

I have 6 acres of semi-wild grounds, to encourage wildlife , Deer, Badgers & Foxes if you’re lucky enough to see them. 20 min walk from Milford on Sea, with lots of cafes restaurants & pubs which you can find on Milford on Sea website.
