A nappalihoz tartozik egy délkeleti fekvésű terasz is, ahol kerti bútorok várják a vendégeket. A fürdőszobában mosógép, hajszárító, vasaló, és vasalódeszka is található. A parkolás a kijelölt helyen ingyenes.
