Η τοποθεσία έχει άμεση προσβασιμότητα σε αεροδρόμιο (15' με αυτοκίνητο), από την έκθεση metropolitan expo (15’ με αυτοκίνητο), παραλία (8' με τα πόδια). Σε απόσταση 5’ υπάρχει φούρνος, μίνι μάρκετ.

Our beautiful Villa is located in a hidden heaven mounted rock, which is covered by the sea as far as the human eye can see. Our villa will be a pleasant surprise with its minimal design, in absolute respect to the simple lines of nature, with a view to the sun emerging from the mountains of Evia. A small staircase leads to a private rock beach with calming crystal clear waters.

Thoughtfully decorated by its owner, the villa blends Feng Shui principles with traditional elements, natural materials, and soothing tones to create a tranquil retreat.

Where history meets modern design… Welcome to our “Sunset Mansion”. This is a fully renovated luxurious contemporary house of the 1840s, previously owned by nobles of the traditional settlement of Plaka. High ceilings, very ample spaces,, a veranda offering a unique sunset view and a design which combines simplicity and luxury are some of the key aspects characterizing this special house. We can welcome up to eight guests, each one featuring its own private bathroom.
