As you turn onto Thatcher Mill you'll feel the comfort of this mountain retreat. Your tranquil drives ends at this 12 year old home that we call our cabin. It's well built and sits off the road a bit and invites you to relax and enjoy what the Lake McCumber /Mt Lassen community has to offer. The sounds of silence radiates through the trees and gives that sense of calm we all wish for in our daily lives. Once inside you find it a comfortable stay. Backyard is awesome! Stay another day!

Lassen Mountain Retreat

Unplug & enjoy the beautiful & quiet mountain town of Mineral. This spacious, simple and serene house has a wonderful fireplace and is located 15 min from the South Entrance of Lassen National Park & the Kom-Yah-Mah-Nee visitor center. Perfect for together time, or a home base for excursions into beautiful Lassen Park. No Wifi/TV/AC. Cellular signals in this area are spotty- AT&T is best, there is WiFi available at the Kom-Yah-Mah-Nee visitor center. Pet/smoke free TOT Permit #P-00045

Open, clean two-bedroom, two-bath, home with library in a rural, quiet forested neighborhood. The Haven is a private home on a gravel driveway just 10 minutes from the north entrance of Lassen Volcanic National Park. Nearby are Hat Creek, Lake McCumber, Manzanita Lake, Subway Cave, and Burney Falls. The Haven backs up to private forest land and you'll be visited by deer, turkeys, squirrel, and other wildlife. The Haven is sure to provide the perfect place for quiet retreat and enjoyment.

From the moment you walk through our round doors, you'll be pampered with rich furnishings, a cozy king-sized bed, spacious shower, plush bathrobes and unique details. Second breakfast is included! Cozy cottage sleeps 4, beautiful mountain view

This cottage is the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring nearby lakes, waterfalls, and mountains year around. The cottage is cozy, comfortable, clean, and inviting. In the forest near Lassen Volcanic National Park, you'll enjoy the mountain views! Deer, wild turkeys, and squirrels provide endless entertainment. In the summer you'll enjoy relaxing on the porch. Winters will find you enjoying sitting by the fire taking in the view from our large picture-perfect windows.

Relax in this newly built log cabin on over 3 private acres of land at an elevation of 4,300 ft. The 1350 square foot cabin has a large master loft with a large private bathroom and media area. The loft also has a balcony that gives you amazing views of the surrounding trees and is the perfect place to listen to birds and watch wildlife. The cabin is ideal for a couple, small family, best friends, or an individual looking for a personal retreat in the forest. Dogs are welcome!

Cozy cabin near some of California's most pristine pine forest, waterholes and fishing, and only 9 miles from the Lassen National Park's Southwest Visitor Center. The town of Mineral is a small island of private cabins surrounded by a sea of National Forest and National Park lands. An adventurer's dream. You could walk out the backdoor of the cabin, into the forest, and arrive at the Lassen Visitor Center without crossing a single paved road, or seeing another human. Just bears.

Our cabin has beautiful hardwood floors, new appliances, tempurpedic mattresses and a cozy large living and dining space off of the kitchen with a covered deck in the backyard with a peaceful view in to the forest and meadow. Very convenient for hiking and exploring Lassen Volcanic Park or enjoying the surrounding area . Perfect fishing and swimming holes are near by too. Our cabins are only 5 miles from the Park (about a 15 minute drive to Visitor Center). STR license P-00068
