Homestead Cottage -Stunning Sea and Sunset View

Newly renovated traditional cosy stone cottage overlooking the sea with beautiful views across St Agnes Head. Situated in the small hamlet of Higher Bal as short walk to St Agnes village. Stunning sunsets at the right time of year with plenty of parking outside. There are abundant mine buildings around this area including the Wheal Coates Mine. It is a great area for walking with beautiful views. Close by are the sandy beaches of Trevaunance Cove and Chapel Porth with rock pools and caves.

The Studio is attached to our home but has its own entrance, parking space & small private deck. Overlooking Porthtowan’s ‘Blue Flag’ award winning sandy beach & surfing destination, the beautiful SW coast path & many amenities are right on the doorstep, so no need to drive anywhere. It is the perfect base for a short break or holiday.

The Owl Box: A secluded, close to beach getaway

The Owl Box sits at the top of a National Trust path which leads to the beautiful Chapel Porth Beach. With a double bed, and options for two small single beds, it is ideal for a couple, or family with young kids. Electricity means you’ve light and heating, though we prefer to light the fire and snuggle up with a good book or game. There is a separate shower and loo a short walk away. Chapel Porth is a great family and surfing beach and the lively village of St. Agnes is just a mile away.

Maenporth Cabin offers peaceful, high quality accommodation in the beautiful Wheal Lawrence valley, St Agnes. Surrounded by farmland, views to St Agnes Beacon and an easy walk to the stunning Chapel Porth beach and cliff paths. The Cabin has been carefully built and finished to high specifications. There is a small fitted kitchen, double bed and separate shower-room. Outside is a decking with BBQ area. The village is a mile away, an easy walk for shopping and friendly bars in the evening.

A short walk to the village centre, SW Coast Path and several family and dog friendly beaches. Just a 5min drive to Trevaunance Cove or 10min to dramatic 3 mile surfing beach at Perranporth. Kick back, relax and enjoy one of the most stunning Cornish sea views towards St Ives and Godrevy lighthouse from the living area. Tranquil in the summer and excellent for storm watching in the winter. Plus from the front there are views up towards St Agnes beacon. Stylish modern annex with private access and entire use of the space. The space itself has one bedroom with a king size bed, cosy seating/eating area, bathroom with bath and shower. There is plenty of parking space to the front.

Sunnyside cottage

Cosy and comfortable South facing miners cottage, in a tucked away spot in a good location for exploring Cornwall. Ideal for either two couples or a family with children, as the single beds in the second bedroom can be joined to make a super king bed. Quiet walks direct from the door and various beaches are just a 10 - 15 minute car journey - with the famous surfing beach of Porthtowan just 10 minutes away. The cottage is just a short stroll from our good village pub.
