Come to stay in brand new guest-house in Kirrawee, Sydney, only 15 minutes drive to Cronulla beach.There are 2 good size cozy bedrooms with soft mattress, comfy Queen beds. It is a modern & brand new kitchen which has stove, oven, fridge, microwave and plenty of space to cook meals for family. There is the connecting living room for everyone to relax which a soft sofa, TV.The bathroom is combine with laundry. It is a short walk to the Kirrawee & Gymea train station and close the Westfield.....

Nearby are stunning beaches, scenic walks, cafes & restaurants & a short ferry ride to the Royal National Park.

You will be close to everything. We are 15km from airport, 25km from Sdyney CBD. 6km from Famous Cronulla beach, 10mins by car or by train. 5mins walk to train station and Westfield shopping center. Getting to the property: By Uber from airport 30mins (cost around$35)or by train 45mins(cost $23 per person). Going to city by direct train take 40mins. 2mins by car to close by Karena private or sutho public hospital. Pets are welcome, but are not allowed to stay on beds and sofa.

The guest space is a private part of our house with own entrance and no shared areas. Located in a quiet street , a 15 minute walk from Cronulla Beach, restaurants and bars. Rooms are newly renovated with a comfy queen size bed in the main bedroom (3.1m x 4.3m) and a double bed in the adjoining room.(3.2m x 2.7) Kettle ,Toaster and Microwave provided. No Kitchen We live in the same house on the property. Guests have their own access and covered parking on the driveway. Pet car

Free Standing Guest House, Private Outdoor Area

This guest house is very private. It is free standing and has its own ‘no stair’ side access. Walk straight on in. Best suited to singles, couple’s or young families. The lounge and dining area are spacious & the kitchenette comes with all the basic appliances to prepare meals. Out side is your own laundry, and share fireplace & swimming pool. Cronulla beach is 10 minutes' drive away and Caringbah Shopping Centre and Train Station are just a 10 to 15 minute walk.

The Granny Flat has all the comforts of home including separate bathroom and toilet, kitchen with plates, cups, cutlery etc, a fridge, electric frypan, toaster, coffee machine and kettle. Sit back on the comfy leather lounge and enjoy watching Foxtel on the large screen television. We have a lovely swimming pool which you are welcome to use. It is always pleasant sitting outside the Granny Flat enjoying your early morning cuppa listening to the birds.
