LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION! We are all about the oceanfront view and direct beach access. Our apartment is ground-level on the busy Mission Beach Boardwalk. It’s best for easygoing folks who are planning to spend their days on the sand and in the water. Our place has a vintage and rustic style with wood paneling. Boardwalk passersby can see into the apartment when the window shades are raised. This apartment is not a good fit for light sleepers, pets and guests who would like close parking.

This is a very urban location which brings a lot of urban noise. The unit sits adjacent the train and trolley line in the urban core. No parking provided, Ideal for guests without a car.

This fully furnished second story South Mission bayside studio offers relaxed beach living. This studio sleeps 2 (Queen Bed) & 2 Boogie Boards are provided; private off street parking on premise. Bbq grill on small balcony. The unit is steps to the bay and short three minute stroll to the beach. Two beach cruiser bicycles provided which is one great way to get around the area. Please note, access to the second story is via an outdoor spiral staircase.

Modern Bayside Condo, 1 block from Mission Bay, Belmont Park, restaurants, rentals, & beach activities Featuring 1 bedroom with a Queen size bed, 1 bathroom, comfortable seating in the living area, fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances and everything else you would need to prepare a gourmet meal + Separate dining area with adequate seating. We have a window AC in living/dining area and fan in the bedroom. There is no assigned parking.

Our recently remodeled (2022) guest house is just 1 block to the Bay and within walking distance to restaurants, bars, shopping and, nightlife. The room has a private entrance. It's ideally located in a residential area of Ocean Beach. 5 blocks to the beach, OB pier, and 2 blocks to village life, shops & restaurants. It has a queen bed, a small private bathroom with a shower, a fridge, TV, Wifi, microwave, etc. Guests will love the location and privacy! Beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, etc. are available for your enjoyment. Enjoy the great ocean view from the backyard.
