Waverly Cottage is a charming comfortable apartment in a peaceful country setting just 10 minutes South of Natchez. 1 Queen Bed with memory foam mattress comfortably sleeps two adults. Loveseat pulls out to sleep additional small adult or child. I am happy to accept small pets (under 20 lbs.) must be crated when left alone. Full kitchen features everything you need to cook up a gourmet meal. Enjoy a cozy sitting area with 42in. Satellite TV, includes Wi-Fi, Washer and Dryer for your convenience.

Apartment with Loft

We absolutely love hosting!This space is an apartment built in part of a shop metal building. This was designed by and for our daughter who has since moved and so now using for Airbnb. one queen bed in the loft, one twin XL bed in downstairs bedroom. couch lets out to twin bed but I would only recommend for children….as it is small. To be comfortable, you may want to ask options for more than 3 . Bathroom opens to bedroom. Please note: Shower is small. There is no TV, but great WiFi.

The Alley apartment is conveniently located just minutes from Downtown Hattiesburg and ½ block from the Hattiesburg Zoo & Serengeti Springs Water Park (Now Open). If you've never been to Hattiesburg, know that you shouldn't have a problem finding something nearby to do. It is fully equipped is everything you need, air-conditioning, heat, towels, and even the laundry room available. It has a charming ambiance and design. We have private off street parking. The Cottage is located a short distance from dining, shopping, galleries and museums.

Located right next to the Cotton District you have walking access to many restaurants, shops, and campus! Take advantage of this studios central location for MSU games and events. Go Dawgs! Larger vehicles may be too big for our parking area. Parking spaces are designed for standard size vehicles and we provide one on the premises. All other parking is around the corner.
