Halpino is close to downtown and the courthouse, a block and a half from Duff Green, the most affordable option in the Duff Green family of properties. You can walk down for breakfast and a tour at Duff or walk downtown for dinner or libation.

The Happy Place

Our Happy Place is bright, cheery and very comfortable. Enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine in the afternoon overlooking the spacious backyard and bird feeders. Don’t be surprised by a visit from our 2 rescued Terrior pups or one of our two cats! 2 block walk to Old Town, 3 blocks to the Harbor/beach and 4 blocks to the Amtrack Station! If coming in by train we can try to set up a pickup. Our quiet Cottage is perfect for couples, singles or business travelers. Come see us!

Please note that the rooms are above a popular restaurant/bar that frequently offers live entertainment on the weekends.

The Cape Cod is a Queen room loaded with New England charm! You will feel like a part of the early settlers as you relax in our antique iron bed that has been lavished with soft, fluffy linens and a hand made quilt. The antique furniture was purchased from an estate in Bar Harbor, Maine and this cozy nest would not be complete without it. This room has a private bath and vanity.
