The cottage is ~20 min from downtown Kansas City and 15 min from Kaufman and Arrowhead Stadium. This newly renovated 1900s milk barn is unique and special with a lot of charm, with a few of the modern conveniences. Guests are welcome to take advantage of the two acre landscaped yard and enjoy a delicious s’more at the outdoor fire pit!

Quiet and secluded barn home close to Ft Leonard Wood and many outdoor activities. Close to the Gasconade river, Mark Twain National Forest, and a short drive to Lake of the Ozarks and Bennet Springs state park. The home has a spacious great room with two comfortable couches, 65 inch TV, wifi, and pool table, great for family and friend gatherings. Outdoor fire pit with firewood included. The property has a beautiful view of the woods and has an abundance of wildlife.

Sassafrass Silo Treehouse on Table Rock Lake

The Sassafrass Silo began life as a grain silo that Mike found on a farm in Kansas. We felt she had more life left in her, so we took her from field to forest and gave her a new purpose! Her new journey is based on Debbie's family history from the beautiful Natchez, Mississippi. Her memories of serving in Pilgrimage in her own hoop skirt and classic charm of the antebellum homes paired with her love of bohemian style, nature and the lake helped create this unique space!

The Tack Room @ Redemption Ranch: Rural, Quiet

Historic Route 66 is only 6 miles north of The Tack Room. Stop in off the trail for a one-of-a-kind experience in this newly remodeled tack room. These cozy quarters offer all the comforts of home, surrounded by pastoral fields. Grill a meal out on the porch for you and your posse. Kick back 'round the fire pit under the stars and roast a few marshmallows. Inside, there are a variety of board games to enjoy and a smart TV for movie night.

A modern, but cozy, 562-sq.-ft. loft apartment with full kitchen and bath, queen bed (with a Winkbeds Luxury Firm mattress)a twin Murphy Bed / desk, living room, walk-in closet, FireStick, Roku, DVD player, WiFi and more. Note that the barn is in our back yard and part of our home, so we don't allow instant book. We know it's a bit of a pain, but hope everyone will understand given that we live here too.
