As we live on the 1st floor of the building, we are easily in contact to help with everything you need. We are available any time to answer your questions and we can provide you with great choices that would make your stay as comfortable as possible. Guests have access to all the parts of the space, such as the living room, kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms and of course to the garden. Hosts Profile: We, Akrivi and Dionisis, live on the first floor of the same house. We own 2 jewelry galleries and a work shop in the center of Chalandri and in the island of Paros. We have two daughters which are 25 and 18 years old. We are Eco Friendly, cat lovers and garden lovers ( three cats live in the garden).We love hosting and we find it a very interesting experience! Chalandri is a green, safe, and trendy area in the north of Athens, full of shops, restaurants, and coffee bars. The apartment is on a quiet side road, but is close to the center of Chalandri and only 12 minutes by metro or bus from the city center. A 24h/day mini market is just a few steps away. Most of the biggest private hospitals , such as HYGEIA,MITERA,IATROPOLIS,EMBRYOGENESSIS,IATRIKO KENTRO, are in less than 2 km.far from the apartment. Kerameikos and Monastiraki tube station, as well as Thiseio and Petralona train station are all within walking distance. You can also walk to Psirri, Petralona and Gazi where you can enjoy a variety of cafes and restaurants. Many art studios and galleries within easy walk as well as Ermou, the most popular shopping street. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, free wi-fi access, floor heating, individual air conditioning system, flat screen TV with many satellite channels, 24h hot water. It has one bedroom and a bright new sofa (expandable to a comfortable double bed). It is ideal for couples, friends as well as families with children. Το 1960, πριν χτιστεί το σπιτιού μας στη Σοφοκλέους, ο παππούς Γιάννης φύτεψε ξινά δέντρα στον κήπο. Τα πορτοκάλια, τα μανταρίνια και τα λεμόνια γέμισαν τις φρουτιέρες μας , δυναμώνοντας τους χειμώνες μας και δροσίζοντας τα καλοκαίρια μας. Κάτω από αυτά τα δέντρα, έγιναν γλέντια, έπαιξαν παιδιά ενώ πεταλούδες ρουφούσαν χυμούς λουλουδιών. Καλωσορίζουμε τους επισκέπτες μας στον παράδεισο αυτό το τον γεμάτο αρώματα και χυμούς.
