Sangat dekat dengan jalan raya dan cukup dekat dengan tempat makan terkenal seperti Katombo, sarapan di Soto Kerang Bu Sri, makan siang di Nasi Langgi Pak Min dan masih banyak lagi. Dekat dengan mal Jogja City Mal. Dekat dengan Sindu Kusuma Edupark. Walau cukup dekat dengan keramaian tapi rumah kami pun tidak bising sehingga masih nyaman untuk istirahat. Halaman depan belakang cukup luas untuk family gathering dan area parkir bisa memuat lebih dari 3 mobil.
