Our home is located 6 miles from downtown Moab. Arches National Park is located 11 miles from our home, a 25 minute drive. Dead Horse Point State Park is 26 miles from our home, a 35 minute drive. After you visit DHP, you can continue travel to Canyonlands, 9 min. Please be aware that we limit AC to 70 degrees. We ask that you run the dishwasher and take out the trash prior to your departure. Comfortable 3 bedroom/2 bath townhome with full size garage, plenty of parking. 6 guests max.

Located on a quiet street with upper-level balcony views of the Colorado River Portal, our home provides a spacious kitchen with a combined living/dining area, laundry room, 3.5 bathrooms, along with a two-car garage. Four bedrooms within the home will sleep 8 comfortably. Arches and Canyonlands National Parks are a short drive from the home and downtown Moab is minutes away with shopping, restaurants, and outdoor outfitters.

The 'Aerie Loft' offers a covered carport which it is situated above for relaxing outdoors, tinkering with gear, and an outdoor garden area for BBQing.
