The King Peter Z House is a beautifully restored and registered historic home. It has a Mardi Gras theme as it was the home of the twice crowned king of the Order of Osiris. Stylish, elegant, high end details and a relaxing hot tub are all there for your enjoyment. It’s a block from the local Irish pub, Callaghan’s and beautiful dog friendly Washington Square, 6 blocks to downtown and 2 blocks to parade routes. This is a 1br 1 full bath apartment. It is on the second floor unit B. It is located downtown in the historic "DETONTI SQUARE" district. Very quiet with beautiful old homes and large oak trees. It is only 4 blocks from lively 'Dauphin Street' with all of the restaurants, bars and other activities. 1car max parking on property. Parking on street in front if needed. There is a self check in box at entry door, open and remove key. (You have to re-punch #’s to close the lock box door).
