3 bedroom 2 bath beach home in beautiful Morgantown neighborhood. We are located on Fort Morgan Gulf Shores AL. City of Gulf Shores is 15-20 minute drive from home. Beachbum is steps from beach. 5-10 minute walk to beach. Neighborhood is golf cart friendly with very little traffic. Small neighborhood which has 2 pools, one of which is heated and tennis/pickle ball courts. Our home amenities includes numerous amenities to make your vacation as relaxing as possible. The upgraded kitchen features granite counters and lots of prep area for those family vacation meals. The master bath has a soaking tub with a separate walk-in shower. Secondary suite has a King guest room with private bath. The third guest room has two bunks (twin over full). Pier is shared with our neighbor to the south, it is NOT a community pier. Enjoy the private beach, which is ideal for the kids and pups alike. There is a fenced kennel for the pups.
