The property sits on a canal that is connected to fowl river, Mobile Bay and the Mississippi Sound. There is kayaks and a canoe on the property for you to explore the water ways or do some fishing. In 2024 we did an interior renovation of the house, so that it now features LED lighting, freshly painted walls, new floors, new appliances, a tile shower, granite countertops, and brand new furniture. Our one bedroom with a loft is 1400 sq ft directly across from Greers grocery store, above Towne & Beech, and a stones throw from Page & Palette. There are so many shops & restaurants within walking distance of the condo and I love sitting on the balcony taking in the sites. The master bedroom has a king bed with a tempur pedic mattress as well as a master bath with tub and separate shower. The loft area has a queen bed with a tempur pedic mattress as well as a twin daybed.
