Relax with the whole family in this peaceful accommodation. Our bungalow has 130 square metres of living space, a 50 square metre south-facing terrace and a 600 square metre garden with pool. The bus stop is right outside the door, in the centre of Vienna. Cars can be parked free of charge in front of the door, and we also have parking spaces for bicycles on our own property. at check in € 2,90 overnight stay tax per person and per night. The pool is in operation from June to the end of August!

Unser offener, weiträumiger Bungalow hat 115 qm Wohnfläche und eine 30 qm Terrasse Richtung Osten. Es gibt einige breite Stufen zur Eingangstür, im Haus selbst aber keine Barrieren. Für Besucher unserer Thermenregion und Wien -Touristen liegt unser Haus ideal mit optimaler Anbindung an Wien. Wir freuen uns auch über Familien mit Kindern und stellen Reisegitterbett und Hochstuhl bereit. Gut erzogene Hunde sind kein Problem. Autos parken kostenlos vor der Tür, Fahrräder im eigenen Kellerabteil.

Von dieser zentral gelegenen Unterkunft aus seid ihr in Nullkommanichts an allen wichtigen Orten. Per Bus, Bahn o. Strassenbahn in Wien. Ein paar Schritte entfernt ist der Kurpark oder der Doblhoffpark mit dem Rosarium u. einem Teich zum Rudern. Ein schönes Casino oder Theater ist in Gehnähe. Auch der Kaiser v. Österreich oder Ludwig van Beethoven fühlten sich in Baden wohl. Thermen gab es schon seit der Römerzeit in Baden. In 4 Minuten ist man in der Römertherme mit Schwefelbecken u. Sauna

Our 100 m² accommodation is located in a lovely wine town south of Vienna. It has a very good public transportation to Vienna. The station to the local train is in a 5 minutes walking distance where you can change to a subway in 20 minutes in Vienna or go directly to the Vienna Opera House. Not only visitors of Vienna but also those of the Thermenregion with its health resorts (Baden), vineyards, wine taverns and castles will find our family-friendly accommodation very well located.
