Udoban jednosoban stan, smješten u lijepom i mirnom okruženju poluotoka Dubrovnika Lapad. Apartman ima prostrani balkon s pogledom na more. Apartman je 150 metara od mora i na minutu je udaljen od šetnice Uvala Lapad! Za dolazak do šetališta i plaže, morate proći oko 160 stepenica, u Dubrovniku je nažalost nemoguće izbijeći stepenice. U blizini je mnogih restorana, plaža, kafića i trgovina te je na 5 minuta udaljenosti od autobusne stanice za Stari grad. Ako vam treba parking, molim da najavite!

New apartment situated only 25 mins by bus away from the center of Dubrovnik. You can enjoy in peaceful and quiet neighbourhood and in perfectly calming view to the river and its surroundings. The apartment has bedroom, bathroom with the tub and kitchen/living room equipped with all appliances. Bus stop to the old town is about 6 mins walking distance and the other, when comimg back from town, just across the street. Buses operate every 20 mins You can park the car on the street near the house.

Down the street Od sigurate there is a monastery within there is one of the oldest small churches which dates back to 11th century (40 meters from the apartment). Main Street Stradun is just 70 meters away at the bottom of the street Od sigurate. Franciscan Monastery, Sponza palace, Orlando statue, St. Blaise's Church, Rector's Palace.
